Colored Blurred Effect

   Colored blurred effect images are good for backgrounds of all types, including banners and buttons.

1. Open a new image.
2. Select a color and make a bunch of lines, set at the thickness of 3, which covers about one third the image.
3. Select another color, and do the same thing, but make sure that most of the image is covered.
4. Select a 3rd color and do the same thing.
5. Go to Image>>Deformations>>motion blur.
6. Set the direction to 0 and intensity to 40 and click OK
7. Do step 6   3 more times, but set the direction to 90, 180, and 270.
